Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders Through Education, Experience, and Generational Impact

The Damascus Gate Foundation (DGF) is proud to launch the Damascus Gate Scholarship Program, a transformational initiative designed to support exceptional students who demonstrate academic excellence and financial need. More than just a scholarship, this program is a commitment to long-term empowerment, mentorship, and generational giving.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be a current undergraduate or high school senior accepted into a university
  • Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale (Exceptions granted on a case by case basis) 
  • Exhibit leadership potential and a commitment to community service

Scholarship Benefits

  • Full or partial tuition support based on financial need and academic merit
  • Internship placement with the Damascus Gate Foundation throughout the academic year (virtual or in-person)
  • Career coaching, resume development, and professional networking through the DGF “Pay It Forward” Program
  • Job placement support post-graduation through the DGF partner network
  • Access to DGF’s entrepreneur incubation resources based on progress within the program
  • Long-term mentorship from DGF alumni and professionals in relevant industries

Upon graduation:

  • Work with DGF’s Pay It Forward Program to secure employment aligned with your career goals
  • Continue mentorship engagement for at least one year after graduation
  • Participate in DGF community events or panels as a speaker or volunteer

Long-Term (Year 5+):

Graduates who become financially stable are encouraged to “Pay it Forward” by:

  • Contributing to a new DGF scholarship fund, in full or in part
  • Serving as a mentor for an incoming scholarship recipient
